Fat in your body is important as well as can be harmful to your health and even become a threat taking you at the risk of high blood pressure, high cholestrol and diabetes kind of diseases which are not curable and requires you to stay on medicine for the rest of your life.

You cannot remove fat from your body completely, a sufficient and adequate amount of fat is a must to maintain that’s why doctors and doet nutritionist suggests to take cheese, butter, margarine, coconut oil, fish oil, fried fish, prawns,lobsters , meat loaf and whatever suits you once or twice a week to fulfil the fat intake and requirement for a healthy body.

The problem arise when this fat intake exceeds from the normal and recommended diet plans and started to turn into those extra pounds that make your looks horrible and takes away your smart and fit , healthy happy life.
